Where is The Artisan Cart based?
The Artisan Cart is based in Central London and serves Greater London and South East England. We’re also happy to travel further afield upon request for your special occasion, however please note that locations outside our core area may incur an additional charge.

How many guests can The Artisan Cart serve?
The Artisan Cart caters for a minimum of 30 guests, with no upper limit on numbers. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, we scale seamlessly to suit your event. Pricing is designed with flexibility in mind, the more guests we serve, the lower the cost per person, ensuring exceptional value.

Can the boards or carts be customised to match my event’s theme or colours?
Absolutely. Every detail can be tailored to your occasion, from the styling of our carts to the presentation of each board. Whether you’d like colours, florals, or décor elements that reflect your theme, we ensure your display feels seamlessly integrated and visually unforgettable.

Do you provide staff to set up and serve, or is it self-serve?
The Artisan Cart provides up to six professional staff, depending on the scale of your event. Every occasion is fully staffed. Guests are free to choose their selections, but our team will be on hand to create the boards and serve guests.

Can you cater outdoor events?
Yes, we are delighted to cater outdoor occasions. The Artisan Cart is designed to adapt seamlessly to a variety of settings, from garden parties to open-air brand experiences. We do, however, recommend suitable cover such as a marquee in case of rain, to ensure your display and guests enjoy the best possible experience.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. The Artisan Cart can accommodate to both vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements. Please see our menu offerings here. Wherever possible, we tailor our menus to suit your guests’ needs, ensuring every selection is delicious, inclusive, and beautifully presented.

Do you offer sweet or dessert options alongside charcuterie?
Yes. We offer a fully catered dessert cart featuring a selection of sweet treats to suit every taste. For a truly indulgent experience, you can also combine both our charcuterie and dessert carts at a single event, providing both savoury and sweet options for all guests.

How far in advance should I book The Artisan Cart for my event?
We can accommodate bookings at any time, but ideally, we recommend securing The Artisan Cart at least one month in advance. This allows you to fully curate your menu, enables us to source the finest local ingredients, and ensures any bespoke décor or branding can be seamlessly incorporated, delivering an elevated, tailored experience for your event.

Do you require a deposit to secure my date?
Yes. To secure your booking, a 20% deposit of the final total is required. The remaining balance is due at least three weeks prior to your event, ensuring a seamless and stress-free planning process.

How much does it cost to book The Artisan Cart?
Bookings start from £19pp with final pricing tailored to your event. Costs vary depending on your menu selections, number of guests, the number of carts required, staffing, and the duration of service.
